Applicant should be comfortable with most the following: Drywall repair, Minor electrical, Minor plumbing, Trim Carpentry, Subfloor Frame Carpentry, Ceramic tile replacement, Counter Top replacement, etc. Must have own tools Pay 19-24/hr depending on experience! Full Job Description Local Property and Ownership Company is hiring immediately for a full-time make ready technician for a clean older property located in Louisville.
