Need 4 concrete posts replaced with steel posts

We have a private covered basketball court that was built in 1984. Three 15' tall concrete posts and one 8' tall concrete post need to be replaced with steel posts. The concrete posts are all 18" in diameter. We will supply the galvanized steel posts with a baseplate welded to the bottom and a beam bracket welded to the top. We need a licensed and insured contractor to remove the existing concrete posts and install the new steel posts. We will supply all the parts, we are looking for a quote for labor and hauling away the concrete. This job will be inspected by Clackamas County. This is not an urgent job, it can be done sometime before the end of the year. This job is almost entire out of the rain and will not be affected by weather.
