I'm looking for a photographer/videographer. I'm the owner of a media agency and want to build up the next arm. I'd like to build a lead gen biz that includes video/photo editing. We will come into the biz, shoot the content, do all the editing, and then run their lead gen after using a lot of the content we built. You will be taking 25% Ghost equity in the company - this means you will get 25% of the profit of this arm as long as you are a member of the company. I need someone to head up shooting and organization of photoshoots/content, edit the content and get it ready for the team. the deal we are offering 25% of the entire bucket LLCs revenue for term working here. We will need you to be available to travel, travel will be paid for and at least available for one video shoot per week, likely in the offices in DTLA. if you are interested in the position please respond with a link to your IG or showreel, what kind of cameras you have or use and any background info, we are looking to give someone younger or inexperienced a chance here. Would rather have someone looking for their own business inside the business. Not looking for an agency, I want to bring someone on staff. There is a lot of opportunity here.
