Once upon a time in the not too distant past, one could post a hiring ad and have 100's of applicants apply. Today, you place an ad, get one or two responses that schedule for an interview just so they can say they looked for a job. What the @#$%@. Too many sitting at home collecting un-employment and or assistance off of the backs of companies and people working, Only now many of these companies are going under from lack of staff and or lack of finances because of the lowered overall production that can produce due to the current situation and environment. Honestly how long can this go on?
