Hello! My name is Sharayaha (pronounced “SHUH-RAY-UH”). I’m looking to nanny or teach for a family (or two), and am available 20-40 hours per week. The past three years, I’ve taught English to Chinese children over the internet. I love teaching kids so much that I stayed up late at night to make it possible, despite the difficulties (up all night, never seeing the sun, out of sync with family, friends, the world). Unfortunately, the Chinese government changed its policies and eliminated foreign tutors, so now I’m looking for local work. I’m really interested in teaching home-schoolers or nannying for a family in or near the Beaumont-Wilshire or Alameda neighborhoods. I specialize in arts, languages, and physical education. With me, your kids could have days full of art, music, english, other languages, cooking, and exercise. Of course, there would still be time to read, relax, play, nap, or go over their homework.
