$20.00-$25.00 per hour Office Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (on call rotation required after fully trained one week out of the month) • Competitive pay • Health Plans • Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay • IRA Plan with Company contribution A Water Mitigation Technician is the first on site to damaged homes or businesses and supports the cleanup and restoration of water and mold damaged property. Job description As a Mitigation Technician you will be performing the emergency property damage restoration services as soon as possible. You get to be the face of our company and be the first to interact with those who have been impacted by water or fire, and help them on the path to getting their house back to being a home. Minimum Requirements Drivers license and ability to drive company vehicles Available to work overtime as needed and be in an on call rotation (extra incentive) Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Experience a Plus: - Fire and Water Restoration - Carpet Cleaning - Contents/Structure Cleaning - Construction Work - Demolition Work
