Beautiful Boy

Yesterday early in the morning I found this beautiful boy in front of a gas station. I brought him home as I could not leave him laying on the cement. The gas station workers were feeding him because he had been staying there. I believe he has lived on the streets for sometime. There is videos of him on facebook roaming and sleeping on peoples patios from around August. He is not chipped. He is thin and has scarring mostly on his head. However, as an animal lover he is one of the sweetest and most gentle dogs I have come across. He will eat right out of my hand like he is a 10lb puppy. Today he was giving me kisses. Yesterday he was pretty tired. Today, after resting and eating a few good meals he is very active. All he wants to do is play. He lovess toys. Chasing sticks, follows us around the property. A couple months ago we had to put our 15 year old Westie down, and last week we had to do the same to our dog Max. We have no dogs currently, but losing both animals so close has took a toll, we love our dogs like no other. But I am not ready to care for another dog as I am still heart broken. Through all that, I still could'nt leave him nor want to bring him to the pound. He would be such an amazing dog for any type of family. I can't get over how relaxed and calm he can be. He has not growled at all. I would keep him myself if I was going through a rough time right now because he truly is such a special dog. So trusting despite what he seems to have gone through, he just wants to be loved. If you or anyone you know is interested he is free to a good home.
