New construction cleaners needed

Kempf Construction is seeking a new team member to join our company to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting. window cleaning and other new construction/residential cleaning duties. Attention to details and a positive attitude is a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Cleaning duties and responsibilities *Dusting and cleaning hard surfaces, counter surfaces and blinds * Preforming general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwoods, laminate, vinyl or tiled flooring *Using vacuuming equipment: vacuuming and some shampooing *Disposal of trash from bins and around job site *Scrubbing sinks, tubs, and toilets in new construction homes and residential dwellings *Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors *Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies and products *Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products Cleaning Requirements and qualifications *Ability to follow verbal and written directions *Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team *Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties *Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills *Pay attention to details when cleaning *Organized and able to follow a schedule *Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time, physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. *General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies and techniques for cleaning *Valid Driver’s license
