My heart is heavy! Early last year my beloved Cavachon passed away suddenly. He was best friends to our 12 year old beagle. We then adopted a small breed puppy. Yesterday, we were given heart wrenching news that our beagle is dying and will not live long. We would love to have another dog that we can give a loving home. preferably under 2 and a small breed so that our puppy will not be alone, when our very much loved older dog passes. While i do not want to replace him, nor do i think i can...the bond that my other two dogs had were very precious and i would like the same for our very docile and loving female puppy. Please no hatred remarks we are hurting enough. We are Very much dog lovers. But we need a small dog to bond with our other small dog.
