Computer needed to read 3-1/2" diskette

I found a diskette in an old book and it has letter templates on it that I would like to have but I don't have a 3-1/2" drive. Is there anybody who will read this diskette and upload or email the contents to me? (PC not Mac) I've heard that some libraries still have old computers but haven't found one. I will of course come to you. I prefer somewhere near Shakopee, Chaska, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen area, but am open to the location. (I'll include floppy disk just for a search term)
