Looking for an in home nanny or nannies

Hello, My name is Jeremy and my wife Amanda and I are looking for a full time nanny or two part time nannies. We have three children ages 3 1/2, 2 1/2, and 2 months old. We are looking for childcare Monday thru Friday from 6am to 3:15pm. The kids grandmother will watch the kids one day every other week, and we are looking to pay around $100 cash a day. We have everything you would need at the house, and you would not be expected to clean or do laundry or other housework. Experience with newborns appreciated, must have reliable transportation to and from work. My wife is on maternity leave and will return back to work oct 18th.
