13 week old basset hound needs to be rehomed.with work I just don’t have the time or attention he needs and just don’t think we’re a good fit since I live in a small apartment and such. Isn’t fully potty trained but is starting to understand and knows how to use puppy pads. Very playful and energetic. Would be a great family dog! There will be a rehoming fee.
