ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are a rapidly growing company with many growth opportunities. We are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician to help us meet the growing demand. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company software (training provided). • Exterior maintenance knowledge is a must, i.e. Siding repairs, Roofing repairs, etc. Some construction experience and minor finish work is required. • Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients • Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills • Use of a company vehicle to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout a day • Support team members, be a team player and be eager to learn • Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods • Emergency On-call rotation required • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS A winning personality accompanied with general knowledge of maintenance repairs as well as a construction background is preferred. Prior or current sub-contractors typically fit this role nicely. Must have attention to detail, and basic to general written communication skills. Being able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively is crucial to successful fulfilment of this role. The ability to function independently and problem solve or schedule vendors for specialty needs will be an expectation of applicant. Physical capability of lifting 50 pounds.
