Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment; test and replace circuits; coordinate emergency repairs and large complex projects; troubleshoot and correct defective switches, receptacles, ballasts, and other wiring; perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance. Can work independently on multiple systems / equipment / vehicles on property diagnosing small scale malfunctions. Can run earth moving equipment and do most repairs required on property. Has ability to delegate tasks to Tech 2s and 1s to complete on site work. Has general knowledge of properties infrastructure. Required / Preferred Qualifications: • Candidate should have strong people and problem-solving skills. • Experience in Lean processes is preferred • Willingness to travel is required • Collaborative team member at work. • On-call is required • High integrity and respect for confidentiality requirements • Basic competency in Microsoft Office® • Ability to work an 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts or required necessary hours to meet business requirements • Strong organization skills and closer attention to detail • Prior experience is highly desirable including working knowledge • Experience with authoring Standard Operating Procedures • All other general labor as assigned Safety • Maintain a zero-tolerance attitude for unsafe work practices
