Description
Project Managers are required to secure, plan, manage and complete projects within their written scope of work at, or under, budget.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience estimating and managing commercial and residential insurance restoration projects (Smoke, Fire, Water and Mold Damage). Experience in the insurance industry preferred. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, achieve revenue targets, promote the growth of the company and its profitability.
Essential Functions:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Serve as liaison between the customer and insurance carrier
• Manage all aspects of the projects (budget, schedule, resources, etc.)
• Conduct site visits to build Xactimate estimates
• Develop teams to deliver superior customer service
• Promote high standards of quality
• Coordinate daily technician work schedule
• Promote highest levels of job site safety standards
