Devries Outdoors is looking for snow removal workers and sub-contractor's to help for the upcoming winter season 2021-22. We are in need of individual or individuals to assists with snow operations. This is a part time winter position that requires you to work ever time it snows. Full time employment is available going into 2022. We are a premier lawn, landscape, snow and ice management company in the Des Moines metro. You will receive plenty of hours per storm. Job duties for in house help... -Pushing snow with truck, skid loader or wheel loader -Shoveling, snow blowing sidewalks -Applying ice melt and bulk materials to sidewalks and parking lots - Must be available on an on-call basis 24/7 Job duties for sub contractors... -Pushing snow with your own truck and plow -Pushing snow with your own skid loader and pusher or blade -Must have reliable equipment - Must be available on an on-call basis 24/7 Pay depends or experience and or equipment you're wanting to sub to us.
