Need to rehome my dog

I have a beautiful 10month old Great Pyrenees mix. She is such a great dog knows how to sit, stay, high five, give paw, and lay down. She is fully vaccinated and spayed, her name is Poki and she is also microchipped. So the reason why I need to rehome her is cause we have recently moved to an apartment and for some reason she can’t seem to adjust to our new home she has been constantly barking and peeing in the house (which we never had an issue before) had her checked for a UTI just in case cause she can’t seem to hold her bladder. So we think she’s going through anxiety with the new move. She is constantly barking and we had an eviction notice given to us because of it. She is a great dog, super lovable, extremely smart, and loyal she just need more space and someone who has more time for her which I currently don’t have. That being said there’s a small adoption fee for her 200$ she come with a kennel, bowls, and a stand for those bowls, some toys, and a slow feeder. Please email me if you’re interested I would hate to put her up in a shelter.
