Full-Time maintenance staff needed at a Residential Treatment Facility for Substance Use Disorders. Successful candidate must perform facility maintenance and repairs, conduct daily inspections, and employ a preventative maintenance program. Must be able to multi-task, adjust priorities, track task progress, and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors. Appropriate candidates will be able to work independently and have the drive to maintain and improve the facility. Minimum Qualifications: • Valid Driver’s License • Proficient in Basic Carpentry • Minor Plumbing Skills • Minor Electrical Skills • Painting • Irrigation / Sprinkler Repair Preferred Skills: • Low Pressure Boiler Certification / Experience Successful candidates will be able to pass a background check, submit to pre-employment and random drug screening (THC is not permitted). Additionally, per the Governor’s mandate and company policy, all employees who work in our setting our required to be vaccinated for Covid-19. Shift: 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday
