Inventory and Delivery Assistant Busy event design and production firm in Alexandria, VA is seeking a studio assistant to help with deliveries and inventory management. Hours of position are 8-4 PM M-F, however this position often requires weekend and evening availability around events. This is a great job for an organized self-starter; you will be responsible for managing inventory, equipment, repairs, event preparations, studio upkeep, event load ins/installations/tear downs, routing, and supporting our delivery team. A clean driving record and ability to drive a cargo van/large SUV is a must. Experience driving small box trucks is a plus. Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Lastly, we have a strong team culture and are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude. This position will require some client interaction at events, so candidate must possess good interpersonal skills.
