OUR CLIENT CITY OF HOUSTON IS IN NEED OF SEMI SKILLED LABORERS, PLEASE SEE JOB DETAILS BELOW. PAY: $14.00 SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM TO 4PM JOB LOCATION: Houston, TX 77026 JOB DUTIES: Will have to work in extreme weather conditions such as rain/heat. Performs basic maintenance, which consist of ground maintenance, housekeeping activities, routine cleaning, repairs to structures, facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment. Operates power hand tools and equipment and performs painting, roofing, carpentry and plumbing activities. Monitors inventory control. Will drive the City vehicle on this assignment and will be required to have a valid Texas driver's license and comply with COH AP 2-2 policy. QUALIFICATIONS: NEED TO HAVE A VALID TX DRIVERS LICENSE Performs additional miscellaneous assignments as required. (This position requires for you to furnish your own safety boots)
