What are we looking for? We are looking for a hardworking dedicated person to come in at an expert level possessing skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical technician work. The perfect candidate will be able to take on the job training with our specific equipment used to apply paint coating to aluminum, and keep the machinery running safe and efficient. The technician will be able to : Work directly with other seasoned technicians and Plant Mechanic Learn the various operating components of the coil coating line machinery Learn to perform specific Preventative Maintenance actions Learn how to address breakdowns and what solutions are available to get the machinery up and running in a safe and timely manner Assist with all maintenance on machinery Provide support to other employees in area to operate in a safe and efficient manner Pay: Base Hourly Rate - $19.36/hr + $2.13 Metro Pay Biweekly Production Bonus - Up To $1/hr Shift Bonus $1.50/hr Total Hourly - Up To $23.99/hr Why Rainstamp? Job Type: Full-time Shift: This crew rotates between days and nights every 6 weeks. See picture above for details! Days: Monday 2 pm-6 pm and Tues.-Thurs. 6 am-6 pm --- 3 day weekend every week! Nights: Mon.-Wed. 6 pm-6 am and Thursday 6 pm-10 pm --- 3 day weekend every week! Wage: $23.99/hr ($19.36/hr base pay + $1.50/hr rotation pay + production bonus $1 + $2.13/hr metro pay) - paid every 2 weeks
