Looking for hard working individuals to help with harvest. Pay ranges from 18 to 20 dollars an hour, depending on experience, with a 1000 dollar hiring bonus! This is a temporary position that will conclude at the end of harvest. Tentative dates of the harvest season are October 5, 2021 to November 15, 2021. Who you are: A motivated, reliable, hard-working individual who likes to work with others. Qualifications: Stays on task and manages time effectively. Applicants must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit, or the ability to get one before starting. Open availability to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week. Reliable transportation is required, as well as the ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly when needed. Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 12 hours/day. Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands. Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures.
