Our small company is looking to add a skilled technician to our team. We are growing need the extra technicians. We service several property management companies throughout the Jacksonville area. All work is residential homes. We are the glorified maintenance men and contractors for all the repairs needed. MUST HAVE: Own vehicle to be used daily - Truck or SUV Preferred General tools - Power tools and Hand tools - Ladder Preferred 2+ Years of experience within the construction feild Excellent Customer Service NECESSARY SKILLS: Drywall & Sheetrock Repairs Stucco T1-11 Plumbing Painting - Interior and Exterior Texture Application Tile Demolition Fence and Gate Repairs Concrete Patches Pressure Washing General Carpentry General Maintenance Home Repairs Door replacements including front/back doors, interior doors, or sliding glass doors Trim Work Gutter Cleaning Garbage Disposal Replacements Dryer Vent Cleaning We need someone that is ON TIME, LOYAL, TAKES INITIATIVE, HAS KNOWLEDGE, HAS MUSCLE AND ENERGY, WORKS FULL TIME, QUICK ON THE JOBS, COMPLETES QUALITY WORK. Our technicians represent our company! We need the work to be quality! We need the customer service with the residents to be clear and kind! We have loads of jobs, just need additional manpower. Position would be full time and on payroll. Pay will match experience, quality, and ability to offer tools, vehicle, etc. Looking for someone to start immediately.
