Carpenter Needed for a Few Small Projects

We are a Property Management/Investment Group looking to hire an individual to assists us with some smaller carpentry and taping/painting gigs. We have buildings throughout Albany and one in Slinglerlands. As the Posting Title suggests, these are smaller projects so at the moment we are not looking to subcontract to three-person crews but instead one person.
