I have a project delivering new front-end check out display racks for 150 Grocery Stores located between Dallas/Ft. Worth and the surrounding areas to Tyler, Waco and Abilene which requires us to remove the old display racks once the new ones are installed. The racks are ready and able to be picked up from the loading dock. Starting on September 20th, we will have roughly 4-6 stores per day that will need to have racks picked up. Each store is going to have 6-8 display racks taking up 12-24 feet of truck or trailer space depending on how broken down the racks are. One rack style weights roughly 220 lbs and the other is closer to 420 lbs. Once picked up, the racks are yours to scrap at a local yard. Current scrap prices for steel wire estimate $200-$400 per store. The store locations are aligned to be in close proximity to each other so multiple stores can be completed per day.
