I have a beautiful Shih Tzu that needs a new home. His name is Jasper and he is a sweety. He is not neutered yet. Micro-chipped and FULLY AKC registered! We are paying $ /mo on him so he will not be free. Please don't let that scare you, we might can work something out. He has to have a privacy fenced yard or a man to that can walk him a lot. He loves to hike and ride in the car!
