Fall planter cleanup

I'm looking for someone to do a quick fall cleanup in the planter bed in my front yard. I need the black eyed susans cut down to the ground (not removed all together) and bagged. I can handle disposing of the bag, and I will provide the bags. If you're also willing to pick up a few bags of brown mulch and put that down, I'll pay extra. It's not necessary, though. I don't need to be home for the work to be done. If I'm not there, I can monitor the progress from my cameras. Payment will be sent via Zelle or PayPal once completed. The job should take 30 - 60 minutes. Send an estimate and let me know whether or not it includes the mulch service.
