Officers Was Conducted A Traffic Stop Of The Vehicle. Officers Approached The Vehicle And Noted That Suspect Reached Several Times To A Fanny Pack That Was Located At His Feet. He Was Advised Several Times By Officers Not To Reach Into The Bag, And Refused Multiple Commands From Officers Not To Reach For The Bag. The Suspect Was Removed From The Vehicle For A Frisk To Be Conducted. Officers Then Frisked The Fanny Pack And Felt An Object Consistent With A Firearm. Officers Additionally Recovered A White-Rock-Like Substance Believed To Be Crack Cocaine, A Green-Leafy Substance Believed To Be Marijuana, And A Large Amount Of U.S Currency
