We have an immediate opening to join our creative and fun floral studio in amazing Durham, NC. We are seeking an addition to our team who is passionate about flowers! This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative individual to work in a small boutique setting. Experience not needed, will train. This is a full time position helping out with in-studio duties and design as well as onsite setup and breakdown of events. Loads of growth potential! Responsibilities will include: Prep & packing for events at the studio Learn software systems and implement daily tasks such as updating customer orders and information, writing up proposals, general admin tasks Lead follow up as well as occasional calls to potential customers Clean and organize the studio before and after events Willing to learn basic floral design techniques Must have skills: Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently Dependability Ability to listen to instructions and learn A creative eye is SUPER helpful Availability during the week but also on weekends during wedding season Desire to learn
