Floor Technician-$13-$15 an hour depending on experience • 2 years of prior floor technician experience is required • Monday- Friday- starting after 4:30pm/5pm, on average 2/3 hours per night, must have weekend availability as well • Must have a van/truck to transport equipment • Must be able to start each shift at the Raleigh office- employee will clock in as soon he/she arrives at the office but this role involves going to different jobs each night in the triangle area. Commercial Cleaning Floater-$12-$13 an hour depending on experience. • 2 years of commercial cleaning experience • Monday- Friday- starting after 4:30pm/5pm, on average 2/3 hours per night, must have weekend availability as well • Must have reliable transportation • Must be comfortable with going to different jobs each night. Apex/Cary-Commercial Cleaner-$11 an hour • Multiple buildings available • Average 1.5/2 hours a night starting after 5pm. Janitorial Operations Manager -Full time 60,000 a year • MUST have janitorial operational experience • Must be able to pass a police background • Must have reliable transportation
