Project Superintendent needed

You must have reliable transportation and your own cell phone. You must be honest, trustworthy and dependable. Your position will be monitored and directed by an experienced Project Manager. Our projects are all in the Raleigh area and are frequently in public facilities that require badge entry. You should understand the basics of construction, know how to assist and direct subcontractors, and how to conduct yourself on a public jobsite. You have to listen well, learn procedures, and handle situations correctly. You should know when to ask for assistance from the Project Manager. We are extremely flexible as to selection of a job candidate. An inexperienced individual with potential is just as desirable as a seasoned candidate. Our hiring procedure is based on an internship or temporary model. We will seriously consider a freelance postion as well. If the relationship is positive, we would move toward permanent employment after a predetermined period of time. Women and Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
