We are in search of a Lead Maintenance person that has skills with minor plumbing, electrical, sheet rock repair, power washing, cleaning of grounds, painting electronic locks and basic all around handyman. We need someone to start immediately. Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 35lbs. We need someone with a hvac license, and any other license and skills. Being bilingual is a plus.
