Recently had stomach surgery so can't do this task. Pretty light weight construction. All new with instructions and all tools. Website says an hour. I have no idea. I have $45 to someone handy. I attched a picture so you can see exactly what it is. Any day Wed/ Thurs/ Friday between 10-3. I am located neat the corner of Circle and Witham Hill in NW Corvallis. Thank you
