Come and join our TRIBE, work with some of the best SUN GROWN CULTIVARS in Oregon! 45th Parallel Farms is located in Dallas Oregon. Role Description: The main part of the job is to assist the growers in harvesting, de-leafing, and drying. We will also be harvesting live plants throughout October to be frozen for extraction. Continued trim work may be available after harvest is completed! Requirements: - Have the ability to complete repetitive tasks for extended lengths of time. - Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management including verbal and written communication to document harvest notes. Attention to detail is helpful. - Must be 21 years or older. - OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit is required, if you do not have one we can assist in getting one. - Be able to walk, sit and stand for long period of time. - Be able to lift 25 pounds. - Maintain a positive low key attitude. - Be reliable and honest.
