Hi!
We are looking for a 5 star cleaning company or mom and pop team with experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning. Must have a business license or be a 1099 contractor.
Currently open: - 2bedroom/1 bath apartment in Triplex. (550 sqft)
EXPERIENCE
RELIABILITY is the #1 qualification. Must be easy to reach and quick to return calls, texts, emails, or push notifications on our app.
Requirements:
Be the eyes and ears of each property.
1- Clean the home via our checklist app, do on site laundry, inspections, & receive incoming inventory
2- Run errands to the unit; (if necessary)
Cleaning
($125 per turnover)
Cleaning and scheduling is done via a checklist app. Typically 2-3 cleanings a week per home. Each cleaning takes about 3 hours. Unit needs to be deep cleaned and organized. Beds made perfectly. Linens and towels washed in the onsite laundry room or off-site. Backyard wiped and spot checked. Cleanings must start shortly after 11am. Must be available 7 days a week.
Inventory
You let us know when items for the unit are running short via our app on Google Sheets. We order the items to your home or office and then you bring them to the home on the next cleaning.
Errands
($20/hour)
*Troubleshoot and solve guest problems in the home that can’t be solved over the phone by us.
*Running light errands like picking up supplies at the store.
*Light handyman duties like clogged toilets
*Wifi/Internet Issues
*Key/door lockout issues
For the immediate emergency errands, you must be able to be at the property in short notice. Some errands will have a 24 hour advance notice but some will be emergency situations. Hours vary throughout the day. Must have a flexible schedule 7 days a week.
