Sub contractor for popcorn removal

Greetings. I am subbing out about 870sq/ft of popcorn removal. My original sub contractor left the state suddenly. Needs: Removal Repair Caulk edges Paint The kitchen, hall and one bedroom had the popcorn removed previously (see pic) Please reply via email with your expertise/experience, crew size, rate per sq foot (or job price) and availability. Ideally we'd do this part of the project this coming Friday or Sat, 08.24 or 08.25
