Full time maintenance and turnover specialist position at a 75-unit property in central Reno. • Experience with plumbing (leaks and clogs), light electrical work, appliance repair, painting, dry wall repair, cabinet/countertop installation and general carpentry • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with many vacancies, renovations in-progress, and ongoing maintenance requests • Must be able to take initiative and problem-solve • Must possess a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrate willingness to get the job done and done right • Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure • Handle residents' repair requests in a timely manner • Commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction • Exceptional communication skills • Honest and ethical team player • Clear Criminal Background Check required $18-24 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities Sick, vacation and holidays Medical/dental benefits available for enrollment after 60 days
