This dog was found on 9/20 & posted on a FB page called "Pets 101 of the 209 Area" Some people have shared to other groups. The Pom is brown and was dirty, found by the side of the road, near Waterloo Rd. & White Lane, Wearing a collar with no tags. I have no other information.
