Versatile Vocalist seeks a band

Early 30s vocalist here, I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of some pretty cool bands but none of them ever seemed to be able to stay together for one reason or another. I’m looking for something I can sink my teeth into with people close to my own age. I’m open to covers if the situation is right but I’m definitely not looking to do the same old tired cover band some else is doing. Ideally I want to feel excited about making original music again and have the thrill of playing it live! I’m not much of a songwriter but I can definitely contribute to writing here and there. Mostly I’ve sung in alt rock type bands but I would be open to trying something heavier or even something poppier if the fit was right. I have plenty of samples of my vocals upon request.
