Project Supervisor / Foreman; *This position is a "hands-on" lead carpenter with the ability to manage a small crew of carpenters/laborers in residential construction. *Work with architect, owner and meet with inspectors as needed. *Must have a minimum of 5 years residential/commercial construction experience. *Order materials for projects to keep crews and sub-contractors on pace. *Responsible for safe and clean work environment. *Have or we will pay to have you obtain an OSHA 10 (at minimum) or OSHA 30 card. Carpenters; Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience and be able to perform basic carpentry tasks. *Must be capable of working on roofs and up on staging. *Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. *Not afraid to get your hands dirty, arrive on time and work well with other employees and sub-contractors. Equipment Operator; Experience in operating heavy equipment such as excavator, front end loader, skid steer. *Class 2A license required at minimum. *Experience in lot clearing, foundation excavation, septic systems... *Have or we will pay to have you obtain an OSHA 10 card Laborer: Must have "common sense" and a strong work ethic. *Not afraid of hard work... Solar Installer: Will train the right candidate interested in learning to install solar panels. Working on roofs or installing ground mount systems Will also send to be a certified solar installer and safety training. All pay is commensurate with level of experience All candidates should have a valid MA driver license and reliable transportation New employees are eligible for the following benefits after 3 months: Paid Holidays (6 per year), personal/sick days (3 per year), 1 week paid vacation as well as other benefits TBD based on what you bring to the table.
