Alexander Anderson Real Estate Group, Inc is currently seeking a highly experienced Handyman with a strong background in residential and commercial building repair. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repairs in the scope of Plumbing, Sheet Rock Application, Plastering, Painting, and Tile work. Further oversight of the building’s curb appeal through building exterior inspections and grounds maintenance is required.
Must be experienced, professional, reliable, hardworking and energetic, communicate well with supervisors, colleagues and tenants and have the ability to prioritize work.
This position will require travel between multiple buildings, all located in the same city.
Must have a valid drivers license.
