Licensed contractor with carpenter position available for wood framer or skilled carpenter helper building residential townhomes, villas, clubhouses and amenities centers. We've been serving the Bay Area for over 25 years. Our carpenters receive great pay, steady work with weekly overtime, paid time-off and advancement opportunities to supervisory positions for qualified framers and leaders.
Previous new construction experience in residential stick framing, roof trussing and sheathing, hand tools, work boots and reliable transportation are required.
Will consider hard-working and reliable applicants with at least 1 year of recent residential carpentry experience, a good attitude and the required tools and transportation.
