Pi Lambda Phi Philanthropy Concert Event at Centro's Taco Bar 201 N Main St, Blacksburg, VA 24060 PiLam Jams is a philanthropy concert event brought to the Virginia Tech and Blacksburg community by Pi Lambda Phi. 100% of proceeds from this event will be donated to support the SJMB12 brain cancer clinical study, developed at St Jude Research Hospital. We at Pi Lambda Phi are excited to include the St. Jude Research Hospital as a beneficiary of this event in honor of our undergraduate brother, Shane Burke, who kicked cancer's ass. We are excited to finally welcome Shane back to campus after his courageous battle for this event. PiLam Jams will include appearances from Jon Kabongo (a hip-hop artist, member of SOHHL and former Virginia Tech Basketball stand out), Chimpanzees & Cigarettes, (an alternative rock band made up of Pi Lambda Phi brothers), and the night will finish with DJ OB coming to perform from the University of Illinois.
