Artist looking to share rent for art studio

Aloha, I am a painter and ceramist. I've been looking for a place to set up my pottery studio but haven't found something I can afford on my own. If you are interested in finding a space together please send me an email. I am only looking for other painters or ceramists -- or other art mediums that can work within that environment. Will be needing a running water for a sink station as well as the electricity to run a kiln. Open to ideas. Could be more than 2 people if the space was right.... Art community would be cool.
