Part of a team of workers involved in daily operations of a self-managed community of 393 units, located in Melbourne Beach between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Job Requirements High School Diploma Past Maintenance experience Valid Drivers License Dependable transportation to a from work 40 hour work week including Saturday and Sunday and some holidays on a rotating schedule Weekly payroll Duties include: General upkeep and maintenance of common grounds, facilities, and amenities for the property association. Insuring curb appeal and aesthetic integrity of the entire complex Performance of minor repairs of buildings, building contents and equipment Maintenance of pool areas, including testing of water and addition of chemicals, pool cleaning and upkeep of decks and furniture Minor landscape work, including tree trimming, pruning, SOD replacement, landscape upgrades and sprinkler system maintenance.
