It’s a moment to look back to our ancestors and the lessons they can teach us. Also a wonderful time for gratitude and appreciation for what nature has given us and the changing of the seasons. You can feel the magical energy in the air as the veil grows thin and the ability to communicate with our ancestors or loved one’s increases. The perfect opportunity for spiritual growth and manifestation. Join Aleigha Gudat on an intuitively created full moon ritual and sound bath. Full moon rituals have been an ancient practice that continue to go on to this day. The moons illumination will be at its fullest making it to be a great time to take advantage of shining the light on the darkest parts of self. Full moons encourage us to release, reset, and invite new beginnings. Sound baths are a meditative experience where you are being “bathed” in sound waves. Today sound healing takes shape in many forms. Different types of sound healing include music and sound therapy, binaural beats, mantra and chanting, tuning forks, and singing bowls or other instruments. These specially tuned frequencies of sound help bring you into a very deep sleep state of rest and self-healing. As a form of mediation, they are an excellent way to let go of your worries and sink into a deeply serene experience. We will be utilizing the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls simultaneously to help release blockages and obtain overall alignment mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Some benefits of sound baths are: - Calms body and mind - Reduces stress and anxiety - Increases focus and clarity - Decreases tension and fatigue - Boosts mood and reduces feelings of anger - Improves sleep - Elevates feelings of spiritual well-being We ask you to fast prior to this event or if needed to eat a small nutritional snack ahead of time. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing for you will be lying down. Please refrain from mind altering substances at least 4 hours before unless medically necessary. Things to bring with you the day of: - Yoga mat (If preferred we do provide them as well) - Pillows and blankets - Water - Journal - Eye mask - Silenced cellular device or leave in car to ensure no distractions - Open mind and ear *DOORS OPEN AT 6:30 TO ENSURE PROPER CHECK IN AND COMFORTABILITY OF THOSE PARTAKING IN THIS EVENT* We recommend trying to be here and situated at least 15 minutes prior to starting.
