Defend the castle from our resident dragon! Join us for an afternoon storytime and ice cream making fun. Our cardboard box castle is being attacked by a dragon! Storytimers are encouraged to dress up in their royal best and defend the castle from Andy with water balloons (weather permitting, or ballpit balls). We'll read books about princes(ses), knights, dragons, and more while making our very own ice cream* (using the plastic bag method) and learning about how ice crystals form. (*For children with dairy sensitivities, a non-dairy alternative will be available in the form of freeze-pops.) IMPORTANT EVENT AND TICKET INFORMATION --Masks required to attend-in person. Okay to remove during ice cream eating.--We expect all participants to maintain an atmosphere of respect and fairness. Anyone who violates this standard of behavior including engaging in any form of harassment, may, at the discretion of the organizers, be immediately removed.--We’re committed to making our events, and space, accessible to everyone.
