LMG Invites you to Stroller Strides Event for Moms and Little Ones at Lake Quannapowitt at Wakefield Join Lynnfield Moms for a 45 minute total-body conditioning workout designed for moms, which moms can do with the little ones in the stroller or/and wearing them. Also includes entertaining the little ones throughout the whole work out, and a play date at the end of class. Refreshments will be provided by LMG.
