Found Budgie

Description

Found budgie in the street in the bronx and took him home to queens to a spare cage. He is very weak and tired, possibly hurt. He does have a band on his right leg. I have budgies myself so i do have the resources to take care of him for a bit, including his own cage. He has blue body, yellow head and back with black stripes across the back.
