2021 Gulf Coast Customer & Community Event Colonial Pipeline Company invites you to the 2021 Gulf Coast Customer & Community Event in Baton Rough, LA! Colonial Pipeline looks forward to hosting you in Louisiana’s “Capital City” and the hub of all things Louisiana. Nicknamed the “Red Stick”, Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas are rich in unique history, culture and amazing cuisine. Our goal is to share as many of the great attributes this area has to offer whether you are visitor to this great city or a Louisiana native. Laissez les bons temps rouler! Event Overview & Agenda Outline Friday, October 15 Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center 12:00 pm: Charter bus departs hotel for Colonial Pipeline Baton Rouge Junction in Jackson, LA Dress: Casual Attire (close toed shoes are recommended) Colonial Pipeline Baton Rouge Junction 1:00 pm: Lunch and meet & greet3:00 pm: Charter bus departs Baton Rouge junction returning to Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center Old Governor’s Mansion 7:00 pm: Evening Reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres & entertainment Dress: Business Casual Saturday, October 16 Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center 6:30 – 11:00 am: Hotel Breakfast hours TBD: Transportation from the Hilton to LSU Tiger Stadium *Shuttle timelines to be provided once official game time is announced LSU Tiger Stadium – LSU vs. University of Florida Time TBD: LSU / UF tailgating at The Oaks at Patrick F. Taylor (located on the south side of the LSU campus near Tiger Stadium)Time TBD: LSU / UF Game watch party in tailgate tent Time TBD: Transportation from LSU Tiger Stadium to Hilton*Tailgate start time, game time and return shuttle schedule to be provided once official game time is announced. Sunday, October 17 Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center 6:30 – 11:00: am Hotel Breakfast Hours 11:00 am: Hotel check out The Gulf Coast Customer & Community Event invitations are specific to the individual receiving the invite. Event registration must be provided by 11:59 pm on August 31, 2021 Colonial has a room block reserved at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center with a special rate of $319 per night plus taxes and fees. This rate is available to you 3 days prior and for 3 days after our event based on availability. The number of rooms available are limited so don’t wait to make your reservations. Hotel Reservations must be made by 11:59 pm on Thursday, September 30th Hotel reservation instructions will be provided in a separate communication once details are finalized. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon completing your registration through Eventbrite. An event reminder, and any additional event information will be emailed closer to the event. Details Around COVID: We understand there are many questions around the COVID-19 virus and variants. First and foremost, Colonial is committed to the safety of our employees and guests. We are continuing to monitor and adhere to all CDC guidance related to COVID-19, including both social distancing and mask recommendations. Adherence and execution of these guidelines will be followed during the event. While we want all invitees to attend the event, we understand that everyone’s comfort level is different. We also encourage you make your registration decision based on your own comfort level. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not planning to attend.
